Background

30 years ago much of the interviewing in the Anglo-American business world was haphazard, it's fair to say that it has seen a revolution in recent years and is now MUCH more professional and thorough.

The approach that is generally taken is much more formal and designed to reduce risks both for the employer and for the potential employee. This is good but it does mean that interviewees tend to be much better prepared, have done more research, have carefully crafted CVs and Cover letters with a clear idea of what they want to say to sell themselves and how to anticipate and deal with weaknesses. We help you prepare for this.
